Deep Immersion in the 7 Mindsets: Led by Scott Shickler, co-founder of the 7 Mindsets, students gain a deep understanding of how the 7 Mindsets can influence every aspect of their lives, from personal relationships to academic success, future career paths, and more. The immersive experience is tailored to encourage active participation, fostering an environment where students feel empowered to share their thoughts, experiences, and aspirations.

Ultimate Life Plan: Following each mindset session, students engage in reflective and introspective activities and exercises to apply the principles to their lives. The journey encourages students to delve deeply into who they are and who they aspire to become, uncovering their dreams, passions, values, and a clear vision for their future. By the end of the summit, students have a tool that will guide them through the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead with purpose and intention.

Summit Groups: The Summit Group fosters a sense of community and belonging among students from the moment they arrive. Students engage in meaningful discussions, collaborate on various activities, and form connections that empowers them to fully engage with the experience at ULS.

Empowerment Workshops: Students select from a range of workshops that build real-world skills in areas they're passionate about—be it business, music, technology, or beyond. These sessions are led by field experts and offer personalized mentorship, ensuring students gain practical knowledge and inspirational coaching.

Live to Give Challenge: While exploring their passions, students begin to understand the importance of giving back and serving others. When they return home, students are encouraged to complete a project in their community. The projects demonstrating the most significant impact are awarded a scholarship to join the summit’s leadership development program the next year.
