The Magic Wand Foundation maintains a network of inspirational speakers and motivational youth leaders. We execute keynotes, seminars, webinars, interviews, and multi-channel social media and digital campaigns to inform communities on Mindsets-Based Empowerment and engage them in our evidence-based practices to empower the youth they serve.
Empowering Minds Podcast
Hosted by long time radio host, Mitch Schilmer, The Empowering Minds Podcast interviews leading thinkers and achievers. The objective is to share critical lessons that will help others find happiness, meaning, and impact on their lives. These powerful messages and discussions will help others live their ultimate lives.

Empowering Youth Around the World
The Ultimate Life Summit (ULS) is a one-week, multicultural experience where youth learn essential life skills, self-mastery, and the mindsets to live their ultimate life. ULS is the ultimate empowering adventure anchored by the 7 Mindsets, a research-based framework for living a happy and meaningful life. For more than 15 years, ULS has inspired youth from all over the world to explore their passions, realize their dreams, and discover their path to extraordinary success.
The Empowering Minds Conference is an immersive experience where youth leaders learn proven strategies that empower youth to dream bigger, tap into their passions, work better with others, be more accountable, and act with a greater sense of purpose. Participants learn how to deliver after-school and community center programs, how to coach and mentor one student at a time, small groups of students, and even large assemblies.
Central to the success of the youth agencies and leaders we serve will be the continual improvement and evolution of the programs and practices we use to empower youth. We continue to invest in our community of youth leaders and empowered youth via ongoing professional development as well as sharing research and best practices. Our Empowering Minds Network, connects, supports, and challenges each of us to be better with the work we do.
Activating the Empowered
Social Impact Programs
Learning the Mindsets is eye-opening, but living them is life-changing. To activate our empowered community, The Magic Wand Foundation executes two global initiatives designed to supercharge the people we serve. The Live to Give Challenge is an annual event where youth and young adults execute a service project around a cause they are passionate about. Participants submit a video of their efforts and compete with others from around the world for scholarships and grants. Our Thanks it Forward Experience (launching 2024) challenges us to spread gratitude throughout our community. Using digital token technology, participants will start a chain of gratitude and watch as their grace spreads throughout their community and the world
Empowering Minds Toolkit
Our Certified Mindsets Coaches and organizations will be provided an ever-expanding library or resources to empower the youth they serve. The Empowering Minds Toolkit will include a World-Class library of Mindset-Based Empowerment curricula. Additionally, activities, games, workbooks, and activity guides are provided to transform the attitudes and perspectives of youth. Finally, the Empowering Minds Toolkit will enable our network to leverage the Live to Give Challenge and Thank it Forward Experience described above.
Empowering Minds Network
The Empowering Minds Network is a community of youth agencies, youth leaders, and empowered young people that support each other, challenge one another, and drive each other to maximum impact. It includes ongoing training and certifications to hone youth agencies and leader’s ability to connect with and empower youth. Finally, membership in the Empowering Minds Network provides access to grants and scholarship dollars to promote your efforts globally.
